The Arhat Form is an advanced Shaolin Form that epitomizes the spirit of the Arhat, the original Sanskrit name of the Worthy One - He who has reached enlightenment, and is not reborn upon biological death but released from the karmic cycle. When practising the techniques of this form, the practitioner should bear in mind the Zen mantra that "what appears to be insubstantial actually has meaning, and what appears to be substantial actually may be meaningless". Not every punch is really a punch, and not every feign is really just that only.
